This honey-coloured Méthode Traditionelle Cider exudes a profusion of fine bubbles, apple brulée, vanilla and roasted plum. Bottle fermented, rich and complex, it is deliciously dry with a persistent finish. A blend of hand selected apples, bottle-fermented. From the 2018 harvest.
