CULTIVAR: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot
ANALYSIS: ALC.14.00% R.S. 2.60g/1 T.A. 6.00g/1 PH. 3.48
VINIFICATION: Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and vinified separately in open fermenters using the punch down method for colour and tannin extraction. Components aged separately before careful blending.
MATURATION: Wine aged for 16 months in new and 2nd fill French oak barrels.
