This wine can be enjoyed now, but will benefit from further careful maturation of 5-6 years.

CULTIVAR: 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 13% Malbec, 13% Cabernet Franc, 13% Petit Verdot
ANALYSIS: ALC.14.00% R.S. 2.60g/1 T.A. 6.20g/1 PH. 3.46
VINIFICATION: Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and vinified separately in open fermenters using the punch down method for colour and tannin extraction. Components aged separately before careful blending.
MATURATION: Wine aged for 18 months in new and 2nd fill French oak barrels.
